Mariah is an orthopedic physical therapist with a passion for athletic performance and recovery. She specializes in helping individuals and athletes move better, recover smarter, and return to the activities they love, stronger than before. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, recreational enthusiast, or active adult, Mariah designs customized, evidence-based rehab and performance programs that empower change and optimize function.

She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado, where she built a strong foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Since then, she has continued to grow her expertise through advanced education in dry needling, yoga, group fitness, and functional strength training—bridging the gap between rehab, lifestyle wellness, and performance.

As a lifelong athlete, Mariah understands the physical and mental demands of staying active and the frustration that can come with injury. She’s passionate about equipping her clients with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to return to sport and life with confidence, and to keep doing what they love for years to come. Outside the clinic, Mariah enjoys running, skiing, and camping, often exploring new mountain trails with her energetic mini Australian Shepherd.
